Why Ants Keep Coming Back?
Most over-the-counter sprays only hit the ants you see. The real problem is almost always hidden in the walls, under the slab, or out in the yard.
Ants can:
- Build nests in soil, mulch, wall voids, and under concrete.
- Follow tiny scent trails along baseboards, wires, and pipes.
- Slip through gaps around doors, windows, and utility lines.
- Send out new workers as soon as the old ones disappear.
If you only treat the foraging ants on the surface, the colony simply replaces them. That is why you get a day or two of relief and then you are right back where you started.
