We here at Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management want to help those in need and would like to ask YOU to nominate a Non-Profit that you think can benefit from a FREE Pest Control treatment.  If accepted, Earth’s Best will provide a FREE pest control treatment.  This would include one of the following:  ants, spiders, Bed Bug or Termites. Just fill out the form below and check back to see who was chosen. You may nominate as many Non-Profit businesses as you like.

Non-Profit Nomination Form
(1) The nomination process will begin May 1, 2018 and will run until May 31, 2018 (“Nomination Period”). (2) After the end of the Nomination Period, Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management will select (2) non-profit charities to receive one (1) free service (i.e. _______, or ________, or ______, etc.) After service has been rendered, a retreatment warranty will be placed on the structure for one (1) calendar year from the date of the initial treatment. The name of the winning organizations will be will be announced on our website sometime between June 11-June 22, 2018) (3) All nominations must be made through “Non-Profit Nomination” link on Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management’s website (insectfree.com). Nominations must include: (a) the name of charity, (b) the address, phone number, and contact person for the charity, (c) identification of pest services needed, and (d) a brief description regarding they feel we should choose this charity for a free treatment. (4) The chosen organization must agree to allow Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management to post the organization’s name on our website and agrees to execute any release forms necessary to allow for publication of the name of the winning organizations. All charities nominated must currently receive IRS Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS to be eligible to be selected as a winning organization. Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management reserves the right to confirm the non-profit status of any organizations nominated and/or chosen as winner prior to providing pest control services as part of this Contest. Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management reserves the right to deny provision of a prize to any organization that is unwilling, unable or fails to meet any of these requirements (5) The winning organizations must agree to execute a contract for service, as is required by Florida law. In addition, prior to receiving the prize, the winning organizations shall sign a standard release and liability waiver absolving Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management of all its obligations under the Contest and accepting the prize as awarded as full and final satisfaction of all items owed to the organization by Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management. Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management reserves the right to deny provision of a prize to any organization that is unwilling, unable or fails to meet any of these requirements (6) The winning organizations shall be responsible for all costs and expenses not explicitly stated to form part of the prize, including but not limited to any taxes, fees, gratuities, or insurance related to the prize. (7) Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management reserves the right to inspect the property of each nominee prior to choosing a winner. In the event it is impossible, difficult and/or more costly for Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management to award the prize as described in these contest rules, Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management reserves the right to award a prize (or part of a prize) of similar nature and equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the value of the prize (or of the part of the prize) in cash. (8) Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest for any reason. (9) No prize may be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to any third party. (10) All decisions of Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management or those of their representatives regarding this contest are final and binding. (11) By entering the Contest, all organizations are deemed to have read and to have accepted these rules and regulations.
